		<description>As a Orioles fan that&#039;s interesting the O&#039;s are looking at Uehara as a starter. As sad as our rotation is he be interesting. He has to be better than Daniel Cabrera and Garrett Olson. Though it&#039;s nice to hear the O&#039;s interested in players in Japan, as they&#039;ve been lackluster for years on signing players from Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea. That said I doubt the O&#039;s get Uehara unless no one else offers him a starter role, then maybe he will consider the O&#039;s.</description>
